Article 1: Basic Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) defines how user information is handled within this application (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by the artistic works of Fuwafuwa Friend Artworks (hereinafter referred to as “the Business”) and created/expressed by the creator Ryota Sakurai (hereinafter referred to as “the Creator”) affiliated with this project.

The Service aims to provide an appreciation experience for artworks and is not intended to collect, analyze, or sell users' personal information.
 

Article 2: Information Collected and Its Handling

The Business and the Creator handle information based on the following principles.

The Service does not collect information that can directly identify a specific individual, such as the user's name, email address, phone number, address, or location information. However, for the technical provision and maintenance of the Service, the following information may be processed automatically:

・A unique identifier (Device Identifier / Token) generated per device

・Technical information associated with requests to retrieve artwork data

These identifiers are anonymized technical information. They are not used for the purpose of identifying specific individuals and will not be cross-referenced with other personal information.

Article 3: Automatically Processed Technical Information

When using the Service, the following information may be technically processed:

・Device type, OS version

・Communication logs during work data acquisition (may include IP addresses)

・Minimum request information necessary for normal service provision

This information is used solely within the scope necessary for operational purposes, such as:

・Stable provision of the Service

・Prevention of unauthorized use

　・Detection of technical issues

It will not be used for analyzing user behavior or preferences.

Article 4: Purpose of Information Use

The Business and the Creator will use the information described in the preceding articles solely for the following purposes. Information will not be used for any other purposes.

・Provision and maintenance of the Service

・Ensuring system security

・When required to comply with laws and regulations

Article 5: Provision to Third Parties

The Business and the Creator will not provide information processed under the Policy to third parties. However, the Service operates on the iOS and App Store mechanisms provided by Apple Inc. As an independent platform operator, Apple Inc. may handle information based on its own Privacy Policy.

The Business and the Creator assume no responsibility for Apple Inc.'s handling of information.
 

Article 6: Analysis, Advertising, and Tracking

The Service does not engage in any of the following:

・Advertisement delivery

・Use of external analytics tools

・Cross-app or cross-website tracking of users

Identifiers collected and processed are not used for purposes defined as “tracking” by Apple or subject to App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

 

Article 7: Information Retention Period and Management

The Service does not store any information that can identify specific individuals.

Technical information is also handled only for the minimum necessary period and scope, and unnecessary long-term storage is not performed.
 

Article 8: Privacy of Minors

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. Furthermore, as stated above, since the Service does not collect personal information, it does not intentionally collect personal information from minors.
 

Article 9: Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Business and the Creator may change the Policy as necessary. The Policy revised takes effect when posted within the Service or on related websites.

Article 10: Inquiries

Inquiries regarding the Policy are accepted through the contact form on the Business's website. Please note that we are not obligated to respond to every individual inquiry.
